Inspection of Cidade Universitária and Tatuapé Bridges
The company IEME Brasil inspected the Tatuapé bridge, in the East Zone of São Paulo, and found large displacements of some support equipment, exposed reinforcement, breakage of prestressing cables and other faults. The need for interdiction was discarded. The same company inspected the Cidade Universitária bridge and found that it does not need to be closed despite showing damage such as broken pretension cables.”
